The rooms are impeccably clean, making it a comfortable spot to lay low after a day of adventure. The self-check-in with a pin code is a smooth operation, so you won't be fumbling with keys when you could be having fun.
The ventilation in the room left much to be desired, making the heat unbearable at times—just two small windows facing a busy road won't cut it for comfort. noise from events below can disrupt your sleep, and troubles with heating mean you'll occasionally be too hot or left longing for warmth. The breakfast offerings are pretty limited and sometimes overpriced, especially after hearing they lost their chef, which just stings a bit more in the morning chill. Figuring out the parking situation was a bit of a head-scratcher, too.

Had a lovely stay! The room design is super stylish, and those comfy beds had me sleeping like a baby. Great spot near Worcester's heart, but a bit noisy from the street traffic at night.

I had a fantastic one-night stay. The room was stylish and super comfy, but parking was a bit of a hassle. The café downstairs served the best coffee!

The heating system was erratic. it was too cold upon returning, then blasted hot in the middle of the night. Issues with the front door key on arrival caused unnecessary hassle, and the mini fridge didn’t work during the stay, leading to some disappointing warm beverages.

Check-in was seamless with easy self-entry, but extreme heat made sleeping uncomfortable. Noise from the café below was disruptive, especially with a late-night event. Parking was accessible, but navigating from the car park to the entrance was tricky. Despite the pleasant ambiance of the café and the friendly staff, the breakfast offerings were limited. It felt more like an Airbnb than a conventional hotel, adding to the stress of the stay.
